Together, we implemented a system to track visitors at their showroom and trade shows. Automated follow-up emails were sent to these visitors, keeping them informed about Elegant Fittings’ offerings.
Further, we migrated their email marketing from an older email system to their newly implemented CRM system. This transition simplified their email marketing efforts, enabling them to connect more effectively with their audience. We also synced their Facebook Ad campaign leads with their CRM and enabled automated messages to these customers.

To gain insights into customer satisfaction and feedback post-installation, we designed and a Customer Satisfaction Survey, allowing them to understand customer sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
